In general, EA Sports titles tend to have errors and bugs that the developer gradually corrects through updates. However, some of them are so annoying that they generate a lot of criticism from users on social networks, who complain that they have not received a finished product.
A few days ago Electronic Arts released update 1.15 of Madden NFL 21, to correct any errors that were affecting the gameplay of the title, in addition to including the new Superstar KO Mode and many other features.
This update, however, rather than correcting what we just mentioned, introduced a much more serious bug to the game that affected all PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC users immediately after they downloaded the update.
Specifically, the bug prohibits players from logging into Madden NFL 21, so it does not allow them to enjoy any of the game's online features such as Madden Ultimate Team mode, the most popular section of the series.
A day lost in Madden Ultimate Team means a lot for the users of this competitive game mode, as some of them even buy Madden NFL 21 Coins with real money to improve their team and acquire the best players and items of the title.
Fortunately, EA quickly noticed this problem and gave a list of instructions that all players must follow to regain normal access to their in-game account, although in some cases it involves deleting the game and reinstalling it completely.
EA Sports instructions to fix the sign-in Issue.

“We have observed an issue where players were getting locked out of signing into Madden NFL 21. Below are some workarounds per platform to address this issue.
